Does your child have issues focusing at school, or been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD? How about sleep issues? Or general anxiety? Teething pain? Or even attachment disorders?
Learn how Essential Oils can help children naturally and safely. We look at the whole spectrum of possibilities from birth (traumatic birth), infancy (colic and sleeping issues), toddlers (teething pain), school-age (coughs, attention and focus issues, hyperactivity, growing pains, etc) to pre-teen (adolescent angst, puberty, etc).
This is a hands-on class where we try the oils ourselves before we introduce to our children. This class is also personalized. Feel free to bring your personal issues and we will explore how Essential Oils can assist you and your children in becoming the best they can be.

Explore how essential oils can support women through all stages of their lives:
• puberty
• premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
• menstruation problems
• pregnancy & labor
• menopause
Experience essential oils that support and balance women in a hands-on class. We will diffuse, prepare blends, and apply different oils using Reflexology points. Importance is paid to careful application of oils, and the integrity and purity of use. We will also involve how our thoughts and feelings contribute to afflictions and how essential oils can regulate and heal.
