Life Coaching - First session (1.5 - 2 hours) - $100
Discounted rate of $70/session based on purchase of 4 pack OR $75/session.
This is what I refer to as "Full Service" since it INCLUDES HYPNOTHERAPY & NLP WORK at no additional cost. Studies show that it takes about 21 days to change a bad habit, I request that you commit to the process for at least three months. This usually amounts to 8 sessions. And I mean COMMIT. You will not get anything out of life coaching if you see me 3 times, then cancel a few sessions, see me again once and then cancel some more. If this is your habit, please reconsider if life coaching is for you. Otherwise, you are wasting both your time and money, and mine.

Hypnotherapy - $70/session; Initial Interview and Hypnotherapy Session - $100
A fast acting therapy which targets the subconscious mind to change the self-limiting thoughts and behaviors and replace them with positive, affirming mindsets and events to assist you in achieving your goals. The initial interview is an in-depth interview and hypnotherapy session. Please allow 2 hours. The second session is the hypnotherapy using a script tailored to you from the initial interview. Please allow one hour. Sessions are conducted in my home office in Longmont, CO or done via Skype. I record all hypnotherapy sessions and you take it with you to listen in the comfort of your own home.
I also sell individual hypnotherapy recordings (NOT personalized as you would receive as a client) on various subjects such as self-confidence, weight-loss, insomnia, attracting and keeping your perfect partner, financial abundance, etc. Contact me for available mp3's.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming - $35/.5 hr session
NLP teaches people how to learn, motivate themselves and change their behavior. We work on one item at a time (i.e. quitting smoking or losing weight) and sessions are 30 minutes. NLP work is done via Skpe or in my home office in Longmont, CO.
Raindrop Therapy - $90/session
I was trained by Farida Sharan, Director of the School of Natural School, International in Boulder, CO. Please allow one hour 15 minutes per session plus meeting time (often runs into 2 hours) for Raindrop. If you'd like to combine both feet and spine, the cost is $20 more and allow 2 hours on the table. Reiki is also wrapped into this treatment at no additional charge.
Reflexology - $65/hr
Focus on one system or take an integrated approach. Sessions are one hour and include Essential Oils applied to the Reflex points for maximum effectiveness.
Healing Diets - $200/month
Purify, rejuvenate and transform. Especially helpful for those with chronic diseases and/or life threatening conditions. I work with you to design and implement a healing diet for each day each month. I will also show you how to prepare these meals.
Full Package - $1,500/month
Healing Diets, Reflexology, Essential Oils, Hypnotherapy, Raindrop, Reiki, NLP & Life Coaching...what you need when and if you need it. A full-service package. I see you once a day for 1.5 hours during the program helping you in all areas to heal and transform your life.

Reiki - $30/.5 hr session; $50/hr
Although I am a great believer of distance work for Reiki, there is nothing like 1:1 interaction and is my preferred method of treatment. Reiki work is scheduled in either 30 minute or one hour blocks and is done in my home office in Longmont, CO.
Career Intuitive Coaching - $60/hr
I was taught and certified by Sue Frederick, author of "I See Your Dream Job." I offer this service either via telephone, Skype, or in my home office in Longmont, CO. Intuitive coaching is in one hour blocks.
